Education
During the Fall Ball and Winter Clinic portions of the program, youth attend an after-school study session with access to tutors (in person and on-line), followed by a structured practice that includes indoor skills training, physical conditioning, and instruction on baseball rules and strategy. Delivered 3-4 times per week, each participant receives 18 hours of tutoring and 58 hours of softball/baseball education, physical training and skills development; this breaks down to approximately 9 hours per week of activity per participant.
